Shipping, Return & Exchange Policies
Please allow up to 5 business days for the creation of your handmade wreath before shipment occurs.
Please Note: Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Florida orders.
We do not add on signature confirmation when shipping your item. If you would prefer for us to arrange for signature confirmation, please let us know in advance of purchase so that we can give you an updated price.
We only ship to the United States and US Territories. All additional fees/taxes/charges for US territory shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Our orders are mainly shipped via USPS Standard Post or Priority Mail, depending on what the charged shipping fee covers. Your wreath will be surrounded by bubble wrap and shipped in a box which can be used for storage of your wreath when not in use.
We cannot guarantee package delivery by a certain date using standard shipping, as we have no control over the delivery time frame once the package leaves our hands. If you need your package rushed, please contact us prior to placing your order, to discuss upgraded delivery options. Please be sure to double check that your ship to address is listed correctly during checkout, as New England Home Accents can not be held responsible if item is shipped to incorrect address being listed.
If delivery tracking shows your item was delivered, yet you have not received it, a lost/stolen case will need to be filed with the shipping company (ie USPS).
While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand there can be issues that arise. If you are for any reason unhappy with your received merchandise, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. You can choose to purchase your own return postage or have us send you a (non-refundable) pre-paid return address label, which you can affix to original packaging and ship package back to us. When item is received back here in satisfactory condition, we will refund you the amount of original purchase minus original shipping fee and pre-paid return address label fee (if applicable), which are both non-refundable.
If your package arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company (ie USPS).
Once your return is received and found to be in satisfactory condition, we will issue a refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com .
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
